These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in the Accelerate Bootcamp. By enrolling you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies referenced herein.
Program Overview
The Accelerate Bootcamp is an 8‑week educational program offering training in various technology career paths. We provide instructional content, live sessions, assignments, and AI‑powered training tools. Successful completion does not guarantee employment.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 22 years old, fluent in conversational English, and reside in the United States. We may refuse enrollment at our discretion.
Payment & Refunds
Tuition is payable according to the plan you select at checkout. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the start of the bootcamp. After that, you may be eligible for a 50% refund if you meet our placement‑effort requirements and do not secure employment within 6 months of completion. Please read our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the projects you build during the bootcamp. You grant us a perpetual, royalty‑free license to showcase your projects for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

We provide educational content only and do not guarantee any employment, salary level or outcome. All materials are provided "as is" and may contain errors or omissions. We expressly disclaim all warranties.
Third‑Party Services
We may offer information about independent third‑party services (such as resume writers). We are not affiliated with such providers and do not supervise or guarantee their services. See the Third‑Party Disclosure for more.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and Accelerate waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class action. The arbitration will take place in New York, New York. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Accelerate. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
